Happy with purchase
The first tree sent didn’t work out but a replacement was sent and so far the tree looks good. Was expecting a little more mature tree for the price but overall very satisfied with customer support.

Lil’ Limelight is Living his Best Life
I ordered the Vanilla Strawberry, and they sent the Limelight. Both are hydrangeas, so I missed the mistake until it was in the ground. No way I am going take the life of Lil’ Limelight, he is a trooper! I engaged Customer Service via the web form and didn’t ask for a refund, and specifically stated I did not want a replacement or return. So rather than take the opportunity to engage with me, they sent a canned response and assured me the replacement was on the way. Yep, just what I asked them not to do. So here are the takeaways: They failed on a simple one item order. Customer Service was not acceptable, because they either didn’t read my issue, or worse chose to take action I asked them specifically not to. Then there is Lil’ Limelight, he is cool and very healthy, not what I ordered, but yet he is not going to be uprooted and has a good home :)
Update 16 days later Love this tree
I tried to update or edit my previous review June 23, 2023 but was not able. The blooming photo is 16 days later and later in the season the blooms did change to pink. The second photo is current today! The blooms ended up an off white color through winter. Now they are more brown and we’re about to snip the blooms off but not trim the tree! Can’t wait for spring blooms!
